You are missing the ground and ignition wire as stated above. Pay attention to the picture in the PDF for the pin out is upside down as the notched "V"side is down in the unit but up in the picture.

Set it to steady and add the feniex external flasher that has 3 modes

No the white black is just another output

Had anyone done an install on a hybrid vehicle and does anything change in regards to the way the wiring is done?
