I purchased an item from 10-99.NET last year advertised as an Axixtech SV56, upon receipt it was found to be an SV40, contacted Steve, who immediately offered a refund as he had thought it was the SV56 when he acquired it. He offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep it, or a full refund if I wanted to return it. I decided to return it, he issued a refund, and even sent $$ to cover shipping costs.


I had great communications with this gentleman, and he was very accommodating with fixing the mix-up!
