2 questions re: Ford factory installed spotlight

1. what size allen key to adjust the set screws?
2. is there a simpler, less confusing description than the installation instructions of how to adjust the the spotlight head's park position?

1. A 1/8th inch allen wrench should be used.

2. Factory installed spotlights use Custom Fit shafts, the park position is not adjustable. The car companies require this so that the light goes in the same way every time to limit operator error on installation. The set park position is also determined by the car companies and the location where the light comes through the vehicle. As far as instructions go for adjusting park position, all I have is the version in the spotlight installation instructions.

Followup- can I replace the custom fit shaft with a standard shaft to achieve the desired park position?

The rotation of the light and park position were set by Ford to meet safety standards and criteria. We cannot recommend any position other than the one set by Ford for liability reasons.

If I alter/modify/replace a factory-installed component with a non-spec component, Ford and Unity are no longer liable for it's performance or failure
