200 watt sirens

can anyone tell me what year 200 watt sirens started coming into use?

Federal Signal actually came out with the original 200-watt capable electronic sirens back in 1973 with the PA-100 and PA-200 models. When used with two 100-watt speakers, they produced 200-watts worth of sound. Quite loud for electronic sirens back then!
