hey folks, anyone have this pickup truck? Friend of mine has somehow managed to pull the wires out of the factory connector at the brake light switch atop the brake pedal... I tried the dealer to see if a new connector could be purchased but it's not available and they will not share the pinout as I assume they want to do the repair. If anyone could snap a pic of the connection or maybe has access to the pinout so I can attempt to repair this I would appreciate it... I have not removed the brake switch yet as I'm trying to have the pinout prior to starting any work on it, from a quick look, it appears there are six wires into the brake light switch plug and five of them are pulled off, he has no idea how this happened? Thanks in advance for any help from the membership...

Try this:

This is the connector end view from the dealer manual for 2001 GMT800 platform trucks (Silverado, Tahoe, Yukon, etc...) and should be the same for 2004.

I have the wire diagram and such in the book too, if you need any of that info (PM me if you do)

The factory/dealer manuals are awesome, I wish I could afford full sets for every platform.
