Full install for a local sheriff's office. 2008 Ford F150 Lariat Extended Cab, blue in color. Items installed are as follows:

Two (2) VHF antennas, hood mounted via L Bracket

One (1) Siren Speaker (Older Cone style)

One (1) VHF radio w/ extender and scrambler

One (1) Code 3 VCon Siren/Light Combo

One (1) Whelen 6 strobe pack (Under rear driver seat)

Six (6) Strobes, Four (4) strobes in the tail lights, Two (2) in the headlights

Three (3) Galls dash lights...look like they were made by SOS, but not sure...Two (2) in front at the brow line, One (1) in the center of the back glass.

This is the equipment I was given, this is what got installed. Obviously, it could use more lighting, but we all know how that goes. I removed the armrest/center console lid and used two long L Brackets as a "homemade" console. Fuse panel was installed under the rear passenger seat. It was tough with the floor shifter...definitely not a police vehicle.

Nice setup. Not over done. Why do you have 2 vhf antenna's with only 1 radio or am I missing something elsewhere?

I like the lighting and i believe they should of used a better siren.

I disagree with you, I'm not sure if you're used to smart sirens and cencoms, but I've had a lot of experience with these and they may be more on the basic side, but they are a hell of a unit. Awesome sounding tones and they are built REALLY well.

I agree with the disagreement...I find the V-Con to be a pretty solid unit.

Well, I agree, and disagree...I would of it rather been a MasterCom, but that's just my preference. As others have said it's a well built unit. It's a 2001 model, and runs like a top...all the tones are different than others, but it works lol.

One is for the radio, one for the extender.

Well done.
Flashback must be atrocious with no shrouds on the windshield LEDs ??
Eh, there is definitely flash back, but not as bad as it could be.

Agreed

That strobe tube looks close to the lens. But the install looks good.
It's the camera angle...it's a good 2" away from the lens at the least.

Agreed, again. lol

Thanks for the kind words and questions!
