For my business, I have bought on December 2013 a new RAM crew cab.
I have decided to equip my truck with 3 pairs of Whelen IONs.
One pair (clear - clear) on the front hood near the windscreen ;
one pair (red - red) on the rear bumper ;
the other pair (amber - amber) inside the truck, facing rear behind the rear window.
I needed also an Avenger 2 (clear - clear) as dash light.

I have an office of expertise, asset valuation and land surveyor (buildings, genius civili and roads).

I made a test of brightness reduction with 2 Whelen Red IONs thru the rear tinted glass of my truck ....

Illuminated (position ON) switches installation in the console
Green for front clear IONs,
Amber for rear inside amber IONs and
Red for rear outside (on bumper) red IONs.
The electric wires in the frame were installed by an electrician automobile.
I installed myself and linked the IONs.

Good looking install. Have you thought about moving the Avenger higher so that your front warning is layered sorta to say?
