Can anyone help me with the removal of the front bumper of the 2013 Ford explore Utility. Pictures or anything else that could be helpful would be greatly appreciated.

The new PIUs are pretty easy.

1. Open Hood

2. Remove M6/10mm bolts going across front radiator shroud/cover. There are 7 or 8(?). Note that they are two different lengths. You can see that the lengths are related to the depth of the threaded insert the bolts correspond to. You'll want to match them up later.

3. Remove two small push fasteners holding shroud/cover and remover cover.

4. Remove fasteners from bottom of bumper cover. There are nine total 8mm head bolts, IIRC.

5. Remover the 7/32 head screws from the wheel well liner's plastic edging.

6. Gently peel back that plastic edging and find two more of those 7/32 screws behind it, one facing you. one facing down at an angle. They are near the top of the bumper cover.

7. Double check that all fasteners are removed.

8. Grasp bumper cover at corners where you just removed the last two screws. Firmly pull it out to side, away from fender and headlights, and it will release and unsnap. Be ready to catch the cover, it can just kind of come fully off before you expect it.

Should take about five minutes total.
