Here is another install that we have completed for our local pd, this is the first of two Tahoes the reccived. These units were just stright swaps from old Tahoe to new Tahoe, we just replaced bad lights, lightbar lenes, repainted the alrps camaras, and cleaned everything before reinstalling it.

Looks great; except for the split grill lights & lack of HLF, it's def one of the more complete lighting packages. Are those "hot feet" on the Libby radar or clear TIRs? They're def lucky, b/c when you hear the word "recycled," you think old halogen/strobe/genI lights, not outer edges, dominators, & Libbys.

2 questions: does the radio protruding vertically affect access to the center controls much? And, is there a way to turn off either the rear of the Libby or the outer edge?...I think that the 2 cancel each other out (amber and blue/red blurs set to different flash patterns when they're that close on top of one another)

I'm really digging the stealth black, and I'm hoping they'll get some silver/grey striping to top it off.

I think overall it's a great setup. My only thing is the grille lights should be mounted closer together and eliminate the split lightheads as they create the "purple" effect.

At least the grill lights are sync'd by color instead of random seizure mode. I like it otherwise though.

i like the R/B outerEdge with the rear of the Libby being amber

the grill lights would look great grommet mounted into the sides of the front bumper for intersection warning, and then replaced with real grill lights.

someone else said something similar, but to hear recycled lights brings you back a bit. When you think of used LED's the yellowish or old school versions come to mind. This is actually very very nice for re-using lights. The only thing like others have said, the grill. The split pattern is even worse with the front end of a Tahoe. To bad the side window lights couldn't have been put in the grille. But again its what the customer had and requested. Very nice install with what you had to work with.
