I like it.. Specially like the R/W to one side and B/W to the other for the HAWs instead of RB on both. Looks good to me!

Cool vehicle with a simple, clean light setup.  I think the rear lights would look better out from behind that covered glass but if that's what the customer wanted, it is what it is!

You did some nice, clean work but I hate the customer's choices on lighting: I think grill T6's would've been more effective than split LAWs & I also would've mounted the rear window lights to the roof rack (I don't see why they have them hidden & obscured on a marked vehicle)

Not a fan of the rear lighting as you can't really see the deck lights through the vinyl overlay.

I would have done T6s in the grill and dual T6s surface mounted to the outside of the rear doors instead of the Cannons.

The cannons are actually pretty decent in person in the reverse lights of this van if they are placed in the stock hole.  They don't film well though (which is why I've never done video of the vans we did). We did solid white or Amber/white in the reverse lights as a reverse bulb placement using all three modes (1 for revers, 2 work light, 3 for warning). Customer loves the options. So I don't think I would ditch the cannons in favor of the Dual T-6 exterior mounted.

The vans we did also had rear tinted windows. We put a Cobra 200 in each window and had them fire in an "X" pattern with the cannons.  Punched the tint fine and provided plenty of warning.

To the OP, the only things I would have done differently is mount the cannons in the front to the outside of the stock bulb instead of the inside. It seems to be more effective. I will be honest, It was trial and error for us (switched it after the first one of 10 vans). Just some food for thought/tip if you get another one.

Secondly, I preferred centered mounted lights on the barn door windows. I'm assuming you mounted them there for ease of running the wire or at customer request. The hinge side of the doors is solid and no wires can pass so it has to go through the other side (where the doors latch). I know its a pain to run the wire inside the door frame but if you have the patience and the time its possible without a fish tape (can't feed a tape through there).  At the very least... you did  great job looming it up and keeping it clean so many props there.

Nice clean overall install though, bud.

Thanks man, are you talking about the change on the front cannons?

Yeah.. if you get another one, mount the cannons on the outside facing the inner (Radiator) side of the reflector.   Just a little live and learn from me lol.

We did T-6s on the center frame rail behind the grill (Grill is super easy to pop up). They look great in there as well (easy sell for you in the future). We went with those over a dash light.)

If you need info on running wire on the barn doors shoot me a PM some time and I'll walk you through it.  It's a pain but its possible.

Ok thanks, im not sure when ill have another one. Ya I was pretty impressed of how easy the grill was to come off, the dash light was super easy I used a headliner bracket and just cut a slit in the headliner, its rock solid.
