There isn't really a federal look, b/c virtually each unmarked federal LE vehicle is different....there are so many upfitters and gov contracts out there that the equipment used & mounting locations on each will be different.
Keep it simple with a 6 or 8 head R/B TIR lightstick on the headliner (i.e. Feniex cobra, Whelen dominator, SOS ultralite, SNM E66), maybe put 1 pair of LAWs in the brake lights, & call it a day.
Also, just an FYI that trying to make a vehicle look like LE (when the operator isn't) is not something well-received here for obvious reasons
