4200 port problem

Ok, has anyone else ran in to this issue? Any solutions other than sending it in?

I was driving down the road the other day (no switches on) when i notice my grille lights flashing off a sign. Unplug the controller, still flashing, pull main fuse and its off. Any time I put anything to port 20 now it has constant power. I switched to another port no problem with ports 19 or 21.

try uploading the programming to it again. something might have happened and somehow it changed.

That was the second thing I did, first was to make sure there wasn't something else in the plug.

thats all i can think of right now other than sending it in.
