Local tree business owner (also retired sheriff captain) came to me asking to repair these (bad ciggie plugs). Bars were fine otherwise and surprisingly clean inside. Owner said they've been in service for 5 or 6 years (mounted 24/7 weather exposure). Haven't seen a lot of these so figured I'd do a short pattern video.
