Hope the decision maker on that one was fired!  Not sure where the rig is from, found the pics on EMS World's facebook page.

I like the one M serie in the bumper pointing damn near straight up, maybe so the mothership can locate it?

Otherise, make it a Chevy and make all the red into amber, and Id drive it.

you can tell the bumper was hit and that's why the lghit is pointed up....

wonder if that's WHY they added more lights or BECAUSE they added more lights...

either way..

theres still room for more

If there was some blue, green, and amber mixed in with the red and white, then I'd say UFO.

The really sad thing is a setup of "federal 'K' minimum" primary/secondary lights made up of any modern light head would be more effective.  As pointed out so many time before, at some point more becomes less essentially.

W...T...F?!??

I'm guessing the SOS lightbar, mirror lights, & M-series are all in-house additions but I cant see why someone would think that'd look good

I was in the NW Houston area yesterday and saw a Cy-Fair EMS rig.  The front of the box was lined with lights that looked to all be on; the overall effect that they were gently twinkling.  99% ineffective.

I remember when I worked EMS and my 2006 Ford Econoline Van only had the regular halogen flashers all around and one Code 3 XL bar with only 3 fricken rotators on it and me being the GIGANTIC FRICKEN WACKER that I am LOVED THE DAMN THING and it moved traffic like crazy with only those basic very crude halogen bulbs...... all I see is money being tossed in the trash when I see a rig set up like that.
