Hey guys and girls,

I'm doing a small project and wondered if anybody knew where I could find a police woop woop type siren noise?

For example when a police car drives by the end of the alley and you just get a couple of short woops, not full on siren.

Thanks!

If were on the same page, it really isnt a tone per say on the siren. Its a noise that is made by playn around with the switches on the siren head. You'd be surprised at the different sounds you can make by playn around. A short quick push of the button on the siren can make the short whoop your talking about at least with some of the Federal and other sirens. You can also play around with the selector switch, on/off switch and make different half tones.(not sure you can do this with the newer units with microswitches) Just tinker around and I would be willing to bet that you can reproduce the sound your looking for.

There are some good sounds in this

.

Not my video so you should contact the owner for permission to use his content.

I especially enjoyed the unmarked car pushing the traffic cone down the street.
