We know both the SS2K and Cencom use a serial interface. Both are relatively well documented, and the SS2k even has a Windows touch screen interface software.. But does such a thing exist for the android platform? It seems like a relatively trivial thing to code.

Not that I’m aware of. You have the ss2000 touchscreen with serial breakout. 54Ward is another one and the Motorola 03/07/09 have an interface to them.
No known Bluetooth control as of yet but I think ur right shouldn’t be hard to code.
