Apparently there us more to this. It appears his wife is in the hospital in critical condition from a domestic incident on New Years Eve. There are reported several years of abuse. The tire was low on air with 2 lugnuts removed. The jack was in the trunk and spare was on the ground looking like he was changing the tire. Witnesses have the firefighter lying down on the roadway...possibly a suicide.
Now there are many other people injured both physically and mentally from trying to avoid him. Not to mention their three kids....WTF!!
