On the control board in a Patriot there is a place to plug in a 2 pin plug marked "Aux" it is located near the takedowns & alleys plug. What is this for?

Stands for auxillary. Basically whatever you want it to be for.
There should be a trigger wire that activates it. The two pin plug is just a positive pin and a ground pin.

Very cool, That was what I was hoping it was for. Adding rear work lights in addition to takedowns.
