Another Warranty ? regaurding a 9M4S

So a 9M4S was purchased from someone here on the board but it is still up in the air whether or not it will be shipped. :? So my ? is does a 9M4S have a 5yr warranty? If so are you SOL if you are not the original owner of the lightbar?

Whelen's warranty is from the date of manufacture, regardless of owner. However, I thought only LEDs were 5 years, other stuff was 2 or 3?

I BELIEVE the power supplies with the HDP stickers are under warranty for 5 years; regardless of owner.
