Anyone else having issues with Whelen's lead times?

The past few months they have really been dragging their ass.


Even for a simple inner-edge takes at least 1 month. Even longer in some cases.


Anyone?

That's pretty normal and always has been. I always anticipate 3-6 weeks when I order a light bar and I let my customer know that.

they are on Mandated Saturdays now. They know there backed up and are trying there best to get the orders out

i would call them and check up on them i have never waited more than 3-4 weeks with any warranty issues from whelen

Oh man, thats not cool. We are replacing our Edge bar on our Truck Company and it is scheduled for its PM in a month. We were hoping to have the new bar in by then so the shop could install it! Oh well!
