I'm thinking of purchasing an Apollo 1x. I know the pitch of the lighthead can be changed using the screws. Can those screws be backed out all the way to remove the shield entirely?
Yes, you can removed the shield if you don't want it. If you open up the mount the lighthead is attached to you can even cut the wiring and mount it to any of the Apollo brackets. Just remember the Dash lights are meant for interior use only.
