As posted above, are there light bars that have more than one speed of lights flashing? The reason I ask is because our local PD had the full lightbar on, but it was flashing at a much slower rate than I have seen in the past.
Yes. Your local PD may have lightbars programmed with both a slower, sensible flashing mode programmed for use when parked and a faster, urgent flashing mode programmed for use when responding.
