Argent Takedowns

I snagged up an Argent SL last month and I'm finally getting around to messing with it. I looked up the diagram for it and one terminal is for the takedowns (yellow wire) and the one next to it is for flashing takedowns (white/red wire). The way I want to set it up is when I turn on mode 3, the takedowns will flash but steady burn whenever I push a button. I do have an FA3 flasher laying around so I'm wondering if anyone knows how to accomplish this.

Wire your "flashing takedown" wire to your mode 3 switch.

Wire your "steady takedown" wire to a different switch.

Chief,

I've looked at the PDF countless times and it's not really telling me anything, unless I'm that stupid. I just need someone to tell me how to set the two options up between the two terminals.

Following the provided PDF, use:

WHITE/VIOLET and WHITE/RED wire on your mode3 switch

YELLOW wire to your steady takedown switch/latching button, whatever have you.

all these wires can be found on the main harness exiting the bar

If you don't have access to the wiring exiting the bar, a little explanation of how it is currently set up and/or what you are working with could help.

I'll give that a try. As of now I'm making it a custom bar. I took the alley lights it and moved 6 of the Solaris Modules to the rear as the signalmaster so the extra wires that aren't being used are running those. I also have a Whelen ULF44 that will be going in as well. I have the white/red and white/violet wires that aren't being used.
