Arjent TD / AL LED upgrade?

I have an older Arjent bar, halogen takedowns and alleys. I would like to upgrade them to LED, how would I go about that?

Don't bother putting LED replacement bulbs in. They don't throw light as well as the halogen bulbs. You could find some Solaris heads in white and try those.
