Is the recite needed when sending in an Axixtech product for warranty repair?

Give Brooking Industries a call at 954-572-0510. They can tell you what's needed to RMA the unit.

Nope. They give you a RMA, you send them the broke, they send you a new. No questions asked.

I sent some stuff in and turn around time is about one week, can't beat that.
