i am in need of a pinout for the programing cable to go from DB25 connector on the RIB to the RJ45 Mic jack on the Vertex VX 4200. This method using the moto rib does work and I know that pins 1 and 4 are used in the mic jack as a ground and data just need to know what other connections.
