Does anyone know how to obtain a copy of the CanTrol programming software? I picked up a cheap used CanTrol unit, complete, but no programming software. Whelen has not responded to my emails...

The only way to get the software is to attend a two day class by whelen for instruction on how to use the software and before you ask YES you need the class to understand how to make it work.
How does one even purchase CanTrol siren at the retail level? Seems to be a very specialized product.

I buy them from our distributor and they will not sell you a cantrol unit untill you go thur the class when you go to the class then whelen will give you the software. The class is at no cost to the buyer.
I get the part about the class... Fortunately I have a friend who used to travel the country teaching that very class
