Cencom Sapphire/Two wire traffic advisor

What wire, input output should I used for a 2 wire traffic advisor. I am having an issue figuring out the wiring for it.

You use outlet 9 and 10.

you'll have to look up the manual on Whelen's website for the WeCan software, but outlet 9 and 10 are programmed for left, right, and both outlets for center out.
