No the Towmate uses a tir4 type of module.
This looks more like the old bars from autodirectsave called the ex razor or buyers they both use the tir3 type module.

This is one of several "narrow" led bars that have been imported under a few names. These have difficulty selling here, when they do they have been in the $100-$200 range. Since these are amber ebay may be a good spot to sell them. I am not trying to discourage selling such items here, just trying to give a better idea of the market. Usually modern fullsized name brand bars in like new condition go for about 75% of retail. Anything that is not one of the major companies will be highly devalued on resale here. This is a group of mostly industry savvy people. Take some time and browse some other listings here, you are dealing with a very educated and price aware group.
