I have noticed on my cobra 6x that it has an 8 outlet flasher installed. I have replaced two modules with takedown optic white modules, and was wondering if there was a location on the flasher to set them up as flashing takedowns that can be activated differently from the rest of the bar, or solid takedowns. I have not taken it apart to investigate it fully, but wanted to ask the experts first.

No there isn't. The controller comes pre-programmed from Feniex and there is no way to change it to work with takedowns. There is 8 outputs because they use the flas from the 8x to save money. You either have to wire the takedowns separately to another flasher or buy a new Feniex flasher that has the takedowns programmed in.
