Code 3 MX7000 Slow speed Rotator

I'm in need of a a code 3 Mx7000 Slow Speed Rotator assembly for a lightbar I'm fixing. Unit is the newer free form type with a chrome plastic reflector and black plastic drive gear and black worm gear. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If it makes a difference, there are two styles of freeform rotator. The style @Jennifer Rose Towing posted uses a 795X bulb. The other style uses an H1 bulb.

Correct, Mine uses the bayonet 795X.
