What about the holes on the gear? Is this a way to change the angle.
No!

You have to change the angle of the reflector on the bracket. And the position of the pivot pin for the control arm is behind the reflector and not beside.
Tomorrow I can make a Photo from a pursuit light next to a intersection light to show the difference.

So if i see right you need to change 2 things: ?
-Black plastic bracket for angle
- and metal pivot pin
How can i change the pivot pin for one point to another?
Were pursuit and intersection light used with fast and slow motor?

2-3 things:
- position metal pivot pin
- reflector angle on the bracket with the pivot pin (2 rivets)
- and may be the direction of the control arm

...

The pin is riveted, so could be difficult to rivet it new after drilling it out. May be welding after repositioning?
I think both have the slow motor.
