Console for 2007 civilian Charger with floor shifter?

One of my colleagues is looking for a console for his 2007 civilian Charger with the floor shifter. A call to Troy confirms that the CC-CHFS that is built for the 2008-2010 civilian Charger would not fit.


Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for a commercially made console that will fit around the floor shifter and look decent?

I couldn't find one when i was doing an install for a customer. So i ended up making a custom switch box that went over the slot next to the shifter for his lights and his MS4000 siren, and did a remote head radio install right in front of the shifter.

No i didin't, i usually don't cause its wasted time, and usually i'm fighting time and weather since i do most of my shit outside. But i think someone on the forum posted something similar, let me see if i can dig it up! But basically take a piece of abs plastic, aluminum, or stainless steel and install the switches in it and wire it up, cut it to the size of that slit to the right of the shifter and use tape or glue to install it. Thats what i did.

www.Troyproducts.com makes one for the 2008 Charger, I don't know how different the 2007 is but I helped install the very first one of these and it went in perfectly.

Sorry about that, I didn't read the original post completely. The one I installed was that one. A person I work with helped them design it, but I was not aware that it didn't fit pre 2008, good to know.
