if you do not use your center console ,havis makes a direct no cut insert to turn your factory console into what you need havis.com they used to be approx $125
The only one's I have been able to find are the one's for the trucks that have the shifter in the middle my shifter is next to the wheel
i will look and post the numbers. i hve a colum shift on my 06 f150 and ordered the console thru them
Tennessee Highway Patrol was using direct fit Havis-Shields consoles in some of the 2010 Ford crew cab F250 and Ford Expeditions. Not sure if the same console would work in a 2004.
Their commo shop is also adding six cigar lighter outlets (three on each side) to use for cellphones and personal electronics.

havis Part #: C-VS-1100-F150 will fit a 04-08 f150 center console lists at $99,picture shows the console with a floor shifter but it will fit the consoles in all models with the colum shift,it comes as the frame that fits under the top of your console,you will still need the panels for the radio,switches,cigar outlets,etc that you want to add
there is also a application that replaces the storage area on the top of the dash above the radio,i could not locate the part number but belive it was a consolidator series,you can get a radio and a few switches in it. i could not find the part # for this application,it may of been discontinued

I have a Havis track and console in my 2006 F-150 Crew Cab.
Mine had the factory one, but I didn't like it, so I took it out.
The havis floor brackets fit on top of the factory floor mounting holes
for the original box. No cutting. I'm almost sure that the 2004-2006 are the same.
