Federal Signal Convergence Network Configuration Software (Pathfinder)

Does anybody have the setup/installer for v2.0.0.27 or older of the Convergence Network Configuration Software?
I keep running into old Serial Interface Modules and a couple random siren amps that refuse to even be recognized by the newer software, and I can't find anything other than v2.2.0.3, v3.1.0.17, and v3.4.0.0 online, and my old laptop with all the old programs died on me last week.

I have a PF200. When I plug in the USB, it lights up for about 1/10 of a second and the computer will not recognize it. I've tried an older version of the software with no luck. Any ideas?

I got that issue figured out, the thing was turned off with the volume know. It now powers up, but it not found by the Convergence program. Won't read or upload.
