Reminds me of the story of the mid town flasher: he was going to retire after so many hard years of his career, but decided to stick it out for one more year.... LOL

I saw the article while up in Philly last week. I don't think he caught him, but a guy was arrested in another county, and the flasher has not reappeared since they locked the other guy up.
