anyone have pics or tips on building a custom center console? i may have a job coming up where this is going to come into play. ive built speaker boxes back in my younger days. is MDF a good material for a custom console?
i searched the forum but doesnt seem to come up with anything home grown.
my question is the top part where you mount your gear. i know the havis units have the channels where you screw the plates into but whats the easiest way to mimic this .
i will probably mount into the console then cut some face plates out of some black ABS plastic sheets i have laying around
