Officials say Firefighter/EMT Daniel Hampton was killed when the ambulance he was driving rear-ended a tractor-trailer between Liberty Hill, TX and Bertram, TX, near the Williamson County & Burnet County line.
Hampton's Paramedic partner Timothy Pierce and a patient in the ambulance were injured and transported to a hospital. Both are in serious condition.
