Dual Talon CA Steady Burn

hello all,

I am working on an install and need some help. I have a Whelen dual Talon and I need the red LED on the one side to stay steady burn per California state law but the other LED the non red side to blink so one side steady burn and the other blinks. I know that the talon has the capability to do that function but I don't know how to set it up and need assistance on how I can set that feature up. thank you for any and all assistance.

If I'm not mistaken, you just need to cycle through the patterns. The last few have steady burn
