I’m new to Federal Signal equipment and recently had an Allegiant Serial bar installed about two weeks ago. Suddenly, two front and two rear light heads—directly in line with each other—are completely dead. Could this be a programming issue, or is it more likely that something came loose after installation?

If it's a new bar then just make a claim. If it's out of warranty then from Google the most common problem is a failing power supply. If I remember right this bar is reasonably easy to access the internals through removing the top and then hopefully you'll find a loose wire or two.
