Federal Signal Federal Model 28

Hello. I acquired this model 28 recently. Haven’t powered It up yet. Anyone know what year this one would be? Also does this model 28 seem a little bigger than others? I don’t really know anything but mechanical sirens or this one and would love some info. It’s heavier than heck!!!

I want to attach these photos as well, there is another model 28 behind the one I bought, it seems smaller. Or is that normal sized? I've attached it's badge as well.

Hard to tell from these pictures. But it looks about right to me.

The model 28 is a serious chuck of metal.
