Federal Signal PUB lights!

We went to see my brother in law's band play this weekend @ a local bar & I noticed these inside. Red one appears to be a Federal 184. The bar looks to be a 12EV with red/clear domes. Both looked like they were in nice shape. They appear to just be decorations, not wired.
