Federal Signal Rumbler controller and Unitrol timer

I have a used Federal Signal Rumbler controller with Unitrol timer for sale.  This was removed from a working environment and was working properly when removed from service.  That being said I have no way to test this item at this point in time so it is being sold as is NO RETURNS.  Unit is slightly dusty, has some 2 sided tape of the outside cover.  What you see is what you get, no speakers are included in this sale.  You can pay via Paypal or cashiers check or money order.  Asking $150.00 OBO
