Federal Signal SW-300 legends

Hello again everyone.
I currently have a SW300 from Federal Signal and I am in need of new plates for what each switch does. I am aware there is a sticker sheet that you put on these white inserts to identify its function, so I was wondering if anyone has the legends themselves or the inserts with a name on it already or both.

In order from left to right, I will be having it as:
1. Rotating lights 2. Left alley 3. Right alley 4. Takedown 5. Rear work lights 6. Aux 1

So I need the Left alley, and rear work lights legends.
