FedSig Ricochet PS question

Does anyone know if the FedSig Ricochet pack is regulated per outlet? I've currently got a setup with 5 strobes on the 6-head pack and I'm trying to figure out if I can keep this setup or if I need to add a 6th head to keep from blowing out the odd-strobe.

Yes, regulated. You should always use strobe heads in pairs, though. I've never tried it with an odd number of heads.
