Feniex fusion-s 800 connected to quad converter not light up

I wired up my fusion-s 800 light stick and I get power coming from my vehicle (2020 Jeep Wrangler JL) to the converter but there is no power coming back out of the converter. I have tested it with a 12v tester and all the red wires and mode wires have power but when I test the data wires going back to the bar I get nothing. I have it wired as the picture directions show. Anyone else have this issue or have a ideas on how to fix the issues?! This is the first time I’ve used the converter. PLEASE HELP!!

I am pretty sure a Fusion S does not need a quad converter.. you wire the fusion s directly to 12 volts through a switch.

Update: after talking to my local emergency light gurus and still no success I got hold of Feniex through their chat and they had me send in my converter and sent me a new one and it now lights up.
