I just got the Feniex Q-Link module and 4 Serial light heads. I am following the instructions to program the zones but its not working like Feniex says it should. I have power connected to the Q-Link module and the light head. I have the serial wires connected to the light head and the USB dongle. I connect the red/white program wire to +. In the software, the Q-Link shows connected. When I select a zone, instead of the light head turning blue, it starts to flash a tripple flash pattern in red, white and blue. running the magnet over the light makes the light burn steady on a random color and when removed goes back to the flash pattern. The zone never gets programmed. If I try to do anything else, like turn on active input for example, the USB disconnects.
