HAHA thats near were i live the storm was reducuus here. That was in Rockport. good rescue for the FF's.

We seem to have at least a couple in the area when the temps get super low, like -20 to -30. Makes for rough work.
As for flooding, search "Grand Forks 1997 flood & fire" A fire burned 2-3 city blocks when the city flood that spring. Trucks couldn't get to the buildings because the water was too deep.
