Firefighter John Ulmshneider; PG MD

It is with deep saddness that I report that Firefighter John Ulmshneider, 39; of the Prince George Fire Department MD has made the Ultimate Sacrifice. Firefighter Ulmshneider, a 13 year veteran of the department, was shot along with Firefighter Kevin Swain after responding to a medical assist call. They two were transported to an area hospital where Firefighter Ulmshneider succumbed to his injuries.
