I was going by a local dealership and noticed they had 4 Black Chargers on the lot. They all had dual spotlights and appeared to be 2011 models. All had like 4 Vertex's mounted to the front and rear corners. They also had one from a local Indiana agency. The one in the photo I also to a pic of the window sticker. Not sure who used them or why the are on the lot for sale.
